Terms

A summary of the rules of use. Read them before you register and deposit.

011. Access

You must be at least 18 or the higher legal age in your country. You are responsible for checking whether online gambling is allowed where you live.

022. Operator and licence

LuckyBoom Casino is run by MAIREKE LIMITADA (Costa Rica) under a licence from the Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority. The law of Anjouan (Union of the Comoros) applies.

033. Account

One account is allowed per person. Details must be correct, the name must match that of the payment method and your login details are personal.

  • Duplicate accounts may be closed without notice.
  • Formal requests, such as self-exclusion, are made through the account's e-mail address.

044. Deposits

You deposit only with a payment method in your own name. The minimum is €20 and €40 for the fifth bonus deposit.

  • Cards: 10 transactions a day and 40 a month.
  • Fiat and crypto balances are separate.

055. Withdrawals

A withdrawal requires a verified account with a valid ID, a selfie and a statement or bill of at most three months. Under the AML rules your deposit must have been wagered at least three times.

  • Minimum €40; review within two business days.
  • Outside jackpots €20,000 a week and €50,000 a month.
  • Above the per-transaction limit, payment may be made in parts.
  • A request not yet processed can be cancelled.

066. Bonuses

You activate a bonus in your profile before the deposit. One bonus is active at a time.

  • Welcome package wagering ×40, live bonus ×15.
  • Maximum stake while wagering €5, with the first-deposit bonus €1.
  • Share in wagering: slots 100%, live 10%, table games and video poker 0%.
  • Maximum bonus win €10,000; after wagering at most ten times the bonus.
  • Withdrawing with an active bonus ends the bonus.

077. Inactivity

After six months without activity, €10 a month is deducted while the balance is positive.

088. Changes

Terms, bonus rules and limits can change; the online version applies. If translations differ, the English text prevails.
